Topping up Using Bank Details for Corporate Customers
Topping up using bank account details is an option for corporate customers to top up their TokenSpot wallet via wire transfer. It supports using Russian rubles (RUB).
Deposit Conditions
Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 RUB
Deposit fee: 0% of transaction amount
It normally takes between 1 and 5 working days on average for the top-up amount to be credited to your TokenSpot account.
How to Top up Your Balance
- Go to Wallet → Deposit.
- Select a fiat currency you prefer.
- Select Wire Transfer as your deposit option.
- Enter your deposit amount in the You Deposit field and press Submit.
- Contact your Personal Manager or Customer Support for our bank account details.
- Make a wire transfer from a bank account and press Confirm.
- Once your wire transfer has been verified, your deposit amount will be credited to your TokenSpot account, and you will receive a notification to that effect.
Important Information
- Only the owner of the account may top up the account using this option (The sender’s name must match the name of the verified account owner).
- The sender’s personal data must match the verified personal data of the account owner, otherwise your deposit request may be declined.
- This top-up option is not available for residents of the Russian Federation.
- Please note that some mobile banking applications may not offer the wire transfer option using bank details. In this case, you might have to make a wire transfer by visiting the bank in person.
- Some banks may charge an additional fee for wire transfer. The amount of the fee depends on the sender’s bank.
