How to Withdraw Virtual Fiat Assets?

 

TokenSpot offers the following options for withdrawing virtual fiat assets from your exchange account:

Please note that you need to have virtual fiat assets on your exchange account to be able to withdraw them.

Below you will find detailed instructions for each option.

 

1. Withdraw to Bank Account (Bank Transfer)

Supported currencies: KGS / USD / RUB

Fee: KGS: 150 KGS / USD: 0.3% (min 250 USD) / RUB: 0.1% (min 200 RUB, max 3,600 RUB)

Minimum withdrawal amount: 50,000 KGS / 1,000 USD / 100,000 RUB

Important: Only the account owner may withdraw money using this option (the wire recipient’s full name must match the account owner’s verified full name).

A bank transfer takes between 1 and 5 working days. You can monitor the receipt of funds to your account using your banking app.

Please note that, if you would like to withdraw USD by bank transfer, you will have to select an authorized bank that supports this kind of transactions (Click here to the see the list).

 

Log into your account and go to Wallet.

 

The Wallet page displays the following information:

  • Total balance value (in BTC, ETH, KGS, RUB, USDT)
  • Your wallet balances (Spot Wallet, Futures Wallet)
  • Your account’s transaction history

Tap on Withdraw – Fiat.

 

Select the fiat currency you would like to withdraw and BANK TRANSFER as your preferred payment option, then enter your payment details in the form. Fill in the amount of fiat currency you would like to withdraw. Review the information entered in the form and press Submit. The up-to-date information on fees, minimum deposit amounts, and other details, can be checked directly during the deposit process or in Fees (see Platform Fees).

Enter a Google Authenticator code to confirm the transaction (See Enabling Google Authenticator). Once your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive a notification that your funds have been withdrawn from your TokenSpot account.

2. Withdraw Using the P2P Platform (See Withdrawing Fiat Currency Using the P2P Platform)

Supported currencies: KGS / RUB

Fee: Takers: 0% / Makers: 0.1%

Minimum trading amount: 1,000 KGS / 1,000 RUB

Important: Please note the difference between trading fees and markup. A trading fee is collected from the Maker by the Platform whenever a trade is closed (0.1% for all accounts). A markup is percentage that the Maker may add to the exchange rate at their own discretion for trades between virtual fiat assets and fiat currencies. If you set the Price in your Ad at 0%, there will be zero markup. A positive Price means a markup to be paid by the Buyer, and a negative Price means a markup to be paid by the Seller. Added markup charges are indicated by labels displayed in listed ads.
