How to Withdraw Virtual Fiat Assets?

 

TokenSpot offers the following options for withdrawing virtual fiat assets from your exchange account:

  • Withdraw to bank account (Bank transfer)

Please note that you need to have virtual fiat assets on your exchange account to be able to withdraw them.

Below you will find detailed instructions for each option.

 

1. Withdraw to Bank Account (Bank Transfer)

Bank Transfer (for legal entities)

Supported currencies: RUB

Fee: 0.1% (min 200 RUB, max 15,000 RUB)

Minimum withdrawal amount: 100,000 RUB

Important: Only the account owner may withdraw money using this option (the wire recipient’s name must match the account owner’s verified name).

 

Bank Transfer (KG) (for individuals)

Supported currencies: RUB

Fee: 0.1% (min 200 RUB, max 15,000 RUB)

Minimum withdrawal amount: 100,000 RUB

Important: Only the account owner may withdraw money using this option (the wire recipient’s full name must match the account owner’s verified full name). This method is not available for citizens of the Russian Federation.

Transfers in RUB from individuals to accounts in banks resident in the Russian Federation are not available! RUB can only be withdrawn to banks registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. RUB transfers to banks in other countries are not supported.

 

A bank transfer takes between 1 and 5 working days. You can monitor the receipt of funds to your account using your banking app.

 

Log into your account and go to Wallet.

 

The Wallet page displays the following information:

  • Total balance value (in BTC, ETH, RUB, USDT)
  • Your wallet balances (Spot Wallet, Futures Wallet)
  • Your account’s transaction history

Tap on Withdraw – Fiat.

 

Select the fiat currency you would like to withdraw and BANK TRANSFER as your preferred payment option, then enter your payment details in the form. Fill in the amount of fiat currency you would like to withdraw. Review the information entered in the form and press Submit. The up-to-date information on fees, minimum deposit amounts, and other details, can be checked directly during the deposit process or in Fees (see Platform Fees).

Enter a Google Authenticator code to confirm the transaction (See Enabling Google Authenticator). Once your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive a notification that your funds have been withdrawn from your TokenSpot account.
